Training with Upward Personal Training starts with a consultation where we discuss your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations. Based on this, I create a personalized training plan tailored to your goals. Sessions can be one-on-one or online, focusing on strength, fat loss, or sports performance. Consistency, personalized coaching, and accountability are key components of my training approach.

Do I need any equipment to train with you?

If you’re training in person, I bring the necessary equipment to your location. For online coaching, I customize your program based on the equipment you have access to. Whether you have a full gym setup or just a pair of dumbbells, I’ll design workouts that fit your environment and goals.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary depending on your fitness goals, starting point, and consistency. Most clients notice improvements in energy and strength within the first few weeks. Visible changes, such as muscle definition or fat loss, typically occur after 4-8 weeks of consistent training and proper nutrition.
